You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You may not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Data and Privacy

We process and store customer data according to our Privacy Policy. We may analyze aggregated data for service improvements and business insights.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all technology, software, and AI models used in delivering our services. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.

7. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three months.
